What do you love about working at County Federal? I love how everyone is helpful, supportive and willing to go above and beyond for each other. We have a great team that is very collaborative in achieving our work.

What do you love about working at County Federal? I am a "people person" at heart. I enjoy connecting with people and learning what they are passionate about. Building relationships that go beyond a specific role is very rewarding to me. My role as a recruiter gives me this opportunity!

What do you love about working at County Federal? I love the relationships that I have built with members over the years. It's nice to see members out and about on my days off.

What do you love about working at County Federal? I love the unity at the credit union. We are like family. It shows in the way we treat each other, our members, and when volunteering in the community.

What do you love about working at County Federal? I love our members, creating a special bond with them, and getting to hear about their lives. It's always nice to be remembered by so many different members, as I work at multiple locations.
