What do you love about working at County Federal?

I love the people that I work with and the friendships that have been built during my 15 years – We are family now.

What was the best compliment you’ve received from a member?

One of the most memorable compliments was when a member wrote that my friendly and professional service regarding their loan process gave them hope and made them feel a bit more relaxed and able to sleep at night.

What’s your favorite County Federal Cares Volunteer Event?

The Teddy Bears On Patrol event. I love that we do this because when my daughter broke her arm at 3 years old, the Fireman on the scene went to his truck and pulled out a teddy bear for her to hold while the events unfolded for us that evening. She felt secure all evening.

Do you have a motto or personal mantra?

No matter how bad a situation is that I am going through when I come out of it regardless of the outcome – I ask myself, “But, did you die?”
