What do you love about working at County Federal?

I am a “people person” at heart. I enjoy connecting with people and learning what they are passionate about. Building relationships that go beyond a specific role is very rewarding to me. My role as a recruiter gives me this opportunity!

How have you grown during your time at County Federal?

My time at County Federal has helped me grow and challenge myself to do things outside my comfort zone. Being encouraged by my leadership team past and present, to take the leap, has helped me to explore areas I would not have imagined enjoying.

What advice do you have for new and prospective employees?

We are a team of individuals with diverse skills and interests. We are willing to volunteer our time and energy during and outside of work. That makes an amazing culture to be a part of. Have fun and learn all you can.
