What do you love about working at County Federal?

I love the unity at the credit union. We are like family. It shows in the way we treat each other, our members, and when volunteering in the community.

What was the best compliment you’ve received from a member?

I was complimented on my patience and for consistently providing above and beyond service at the branch and by phone. The member said, “When I leave the branch I always feel that I’ve made a good decision in choosing County Federal.”

What is your favorite County Federal Cares Volunteer Event?

Our Family Giving Tree Back-to-School Backpack Drive. As we stuff and sort backpacks with school supplies, it’s a good feeling knowing that they are going to kids in need.

What is your favorite restaurant?

Goku Korean BBQ & Hot Pot. I love BBQ!
