Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union Names Rebecca Lytle next Chief Executive Officer
It is with great pleasure that the Board of Directors announces the next Chief Executive Officer of Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union ($730M in assets, San Jose, CA). After conducting a robust executive search, Rebecca Reynolds Lytle has been named to the top seat and will take the helm on July 17, 2017. Ms. Reynolds Lytle brings more than 35 years of financial services experience during which she has earned a reputation for building high performance teams providing exceptional member experiences. For the last 24 years, she has held progressive executive leadership positions with successful San Francisco Area credit unions. “She hit the right points for the Board with her leadership style and extensive experience and knowledge of the local market”, said Peter Ng, Chairman of County Federal. “We believe she will be able to affect a great deal of positive change and growth for us”, he further commented. Ms. Reynolds Lytle was previously named by Credit Union Times as “Woman to Watch” for her innovation and influence in shaping the future of the credit union industry. She is a past President of the El Camino Chapter of the California Credit Union League and actively participates in several industry organizations.
Reynolds Lytle, who leaves her post as Chief Lending Officer and SVP of San Francisco Federal Credit Union to assume the role, said, “I’m drawn to County Federal’s strong focus on its members and its solid prospects for growth.” County Federal serves county, city and school employees and affiliated organizations with its six branches and more than 100 employees.
