What do you love about working at County Federal?

The thing I love most about working at County Federal is that I get the privilege of helping people in our community better their lives. I’ve had the pleasure of working in many different departments throughout the credit union and the goal has always been the same; provide our members with excellent service and offer products/services that help them reach their goals.

What’s your favorite County Federal Cares Volunteer Event?

The Health Trust – Jerry Larson Food Basket Food Sort is one event that I truly enjoy because it gives me the opportunity to get physical, work side-by-side with my peers from other departments and help feed folks in our community

What was the best compliment you’ve received from a member?

Recently a member told a coworker that they received great service from me when I helped them with a vehicle loan many years ago when I was a Loan Specialist. This makes me feel very proud to know that the help I provided to our member was so memorable.

Do you have a motto or personal mantra?

My personal motto or mantra is “Passion For Helping Others.” This statement describes how I operate as a person and my goals as a member of the County Federal team.
