What do you love about working at County Federal?

I love working at County Federal because the philosophy of “people helping people” is at the core of everything we do.

How have you grown during your time at County Federal?

I’ve had some great mentors during my time at County Federal who have taken the time to teach me not just the how, but the why, when and where behind the flow of processes I have learned over the years.

What was the best compliment you’ve received from a member?

The best compliment was from a member that came up to me to voice her dislike about the ATM not taking deposits. I asked her if she had the County Federal App on her phone and showed her how to use the app to make her deposit. A month later she spotted me at the ATM again and came over to thank me for showing her how to use the Mobile Check Deposit because it had made her life so much easier.

What’s one fun fact about yourself?

I know some sign language, enough to converse with my deaf cousins.
