If you need to make a loan payment quickly and securely, use our convenient Pay by Web service.

Make a loan payment (mortgage, auto, or unsecured) using a debit card, or your checking or savings account from another financial institution, without the need to login to online banking or the Mirastar Mobile App.

You will need your Mirastar Member Number and a few additional pieces of identifying information.

If you can’t complete the registration, please review your information to be sure you provided an accurate answer in the correct format for the answer. For example, date format: MM/DD/YYYY.

Your username (which is your email address) may become temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts. Continued failed login attempts will result in an extended temporary lockout period. If the username becomes temporarily locked, please try again at a later time.

Please visit the “Forgot Your Password?” section of the web tool and follow the steps to reset your password.

A password reset email will not be sent while the username is temporarily locked. If you believe the username has become temporarily locked due to failed login attempts, you should try again later and complete the “Forgot Your Password?” section at a later time.

Please confirm your Member Number and the answers to the Security Questions are correct and in the requested format. If you still can’t log in and need to initiate a payment, please call Mirastar Contact Center at (408) 282-0700 option 5 during business hours.

If you discover you can’t make a payment after successfully logging in, please contact Mirastar Contact Center at (408) 282-0700 option 5 during business hours.

All payments processed before 6PM (Pacific Standard Time) will credit the loan within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Mirastar Pay by Web will only accept debit card payments or ACH payments (routing & checking/savings number) from an outside financial institution. If you have a Mirastar account, and want to use it to make a payment, we encourage you to sign up for Online Banking, visit a branch, or contact us at (408) 282-0700 option 5.
